Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The School of Life Shop; if you aren't happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
